I discovered a deep love for sculpting and ceramics while studying in college. With every illustration project I completed there was a little fairy or critter made to accompany the finished two dimensional pieces.

After attaining my BFA from Pratt Institute I entered the world of illustration and graphic design. I have had the pleasure of working as both an illustrator and graphic designer for some wonderful companies including Marvel Entertainment Group and Field & Stream Magazine. I have also illustrated a couple of children's book with Henry Holt and Company including: "Equinox" and "The Friendship of Milly and Tug." the later having been nominated as a Junior Library Guild Selection.

Even during this time my love of the three-dimensional form never diminished. In 2006 I set up a ceramics studio and began letting the little critters and clay designs out again.

I currently live in Brooklyn, NY with my husband and son.
